Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair air compression systems and related equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of air compression systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide on-site technical support and customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide input on system improvements and customization.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, reports, and inventory usage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in air compression systems.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably in air compression or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as required.
