Responsibility
- Develop and manage accurate project quotations based on technical specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to ensure project profitability and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
- Prepare and present cost proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all quotation and costing activities.
- Provide support in contract negotiations and project planning phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, cost estimation, or quotation management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in cost analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
