Responsibility
- Design and develop advanced electronic systems and circuits for construction applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and civil engineering teams to integrate electronic solutions into construction projects.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of electronic prototypes to meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOM), and design specifications.
- Research and implement emerging technologies, such as IoT, automation, and sensor networks, to enhance construction processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electronic systems during project implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all design and development activities.
- Participate in project planning, timelines, and budgeting to deliver solutions on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electronic design, PCB layout, and embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle, and simulation software like SPICE.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
- Experience with IoT devices, wireless technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa), and sensor integration is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with global teams.
