Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Travel to client sites across Bali and other regions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
