Responsibility
- Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for industrial automation products.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electronic components into automated systems.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of electronic prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness through continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
- Support manufacturing teams in resolving production issues and improving assembly processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in product development.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electronic product design and development, preferably in industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad) and simulation software (e.g., SPICE).
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontrollers.
- Experience with EMC/EMI compliance testing and certification processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
