Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of lighting and electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in lighting, electrical, or construction industries.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, lighting design, and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous but not required.
