Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality processes, including audit reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the training and development of staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and certification processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
