Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and reports, to support project deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to evaluate project viability and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations adhere to safety standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design, project coordination, or technical support.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Experience working with Japanese MNCs or international companies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
