Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil and structural engineering projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Implement safety protocols and risk management strategies on-site.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
- Utilize engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil or structural engineering projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
