As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and validate test systems using LabVIEW to ensure the highest standards of precision and reliability in analytical instruments. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW-based test systems for life sciences and analytical instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and validation protocols.
- Debug and optimize test scripts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.
- Document test procedures, results, and technical specifications in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Conduct system integration testing and troubleshoot hardware-software interface issues.
- Provide technical support for field deployments and customer-specific test configurations.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in LabVIEW, automated testing, and data acquisition.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on LabVIEW development.
- Proven expertise in NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and DAQ systems (e.g., NI PXI, cDAQ).
- Experience with analytical instruments (e.g., spectrometers, chromatographs, or medical devices) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-precision environments.
- Familiarity with GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, or other regulatory frameworks for life sciences.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based setting.
