Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Support routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations is a plus.
