Responsibility
- Oversee and manage technical operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain safety and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to streamline project execution.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and local teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, preferably in a resident/onsite capacity.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal English).
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Indonesia (a plus).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
