Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and team collaboration.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system modeling to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Ensure adherence to local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and sustainability best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project leadership.
- Proven expertise in power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and renewable energy integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PUIL, SNI) and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
