Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, malfunctions, and inefficiencies, implementing timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment histories.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to safety, environmental protection, and quality assurance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and site personnel on best practices for equipment handling and maintenance.
- Participate in project planning and execution to identify potential maintenance challenges and propose proactive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or facilities management industries.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural systems, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to safety, environmental protection, and construction practices in Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) or equipment-specific training (e.g., forklift, crane, or HVAC systems) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
