Responsibility
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
- Participate in emergency response and equipment recovery procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related fields is a plus.
