Responsibility

- Conduct structural inspections and assessments to verify compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resource allocation and resolve on-site challenges.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor construction progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective measures to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure environmental and sustainability best practices are integrated into project execution.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on civil or structural projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro) and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites across Bali as required.
