Responsibility
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of semiconductor production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of machinery according to scheduled plans.
- Monitor equipment performance and document technical issues for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose complex equipment failures and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist in equipment setup, testing, and validation for new installations or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and maintenance records for audit and reference purposes.
- Support emergency breakdown responses during night shifts to restore operations swiftly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical role (semiconductor industry is a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or automation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work a permanent 12-hour night shift (flexibility required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for technical documentation.
