Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks to comply with industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all repairs, replacements, and service activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute equipment upgrades and installations.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve emergency breakdowns with minimal downtime.
- Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements for maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
