Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to integrate project objectives with operational goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support project decision-making.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects from conception to completion, including budget and timeline management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMP) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with CAD software, process simulation tools, and engineering standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, ANSI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
