Responsibility
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of mechanical and automated systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-purchase, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing procedures, after-sales processes, and technical specifications.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest advancements in engineering technologies.
- Support sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights and demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of testing methodologies, quality assurance, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools is a plus.
