Responsibility
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and predictive maintenance strategies to extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy engineering solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for process improvements or capital expenditures.
- Monitor energy consumption and propose sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and operational costs.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, maintenance, or a similar role within manufacturing, production, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and industrial automation.
- Proficient in using CAD software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements for industrial safety.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel or on-call duties.
