Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor energy output and system performance using data analytics tools, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices for solar energy systems.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, including maintenance logs, performance metrics, and incident documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to assess project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging solar technologies and recommend upgrades or optimizations to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV system installation, maintenance, or supervision.
- Strong knowledge of solar panel configurations, inverters, batteries, and grid-tie systems.
- Certification in solar energy technologies (e.g., NABCEP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and PV analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
