Responsibility
- Lead the integration of project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project control frameworks, including cost tracking, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Generate executive-level reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights on project health, progress, and potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of project management tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Mentor and train project teams on best practices in project controls, data analysis, and performance optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine project delivery processes and elevate overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a similar role within engineering or construction sectors.
- Proven expertise in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies in project environments.
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
