Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement real-time motion control algorithms for semiconductor machinery using C++, Python, or LabVIEW.
- Develop and maintain automation software for industrial equipment, ensuring seamless integration with PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
- Optimize system performance by analyzing motion profiles, reducing latency, and improving precision in high-speed applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and process engineers) to define software requirements and system architectures.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in embedded systems and industrial PCs.
- Implement machine learning or AI-driven predictive maintenance features to enhance equipment uptime.
- Document software designs, test protocols, and user manuals for internal and client-facing deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, robotics, and semiconductor technology to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development for motion control, automation, or industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or LabVIEW for real-time systems and embedded programming.
- Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Beckhoff, or Allen-Bradley) and industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Modbus, PROFINET).
- Strong understanding of control theory, kinematics, and dynamic systems for precision motion applications.
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment (e.g., wafer handling, lithography, or inspection systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
