Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery for lift systems across assigned locations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of lift equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate repairs to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Manage client relationships by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with maintenance services.
- Oversee inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and emerging technologies in the lift industry.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new installations, upgrades, and emergency response efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in lift maintenance (e.g., CE, ISO, or local regulatory standards) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lift maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of lift systems, hydraulic/pneumatic mechanisms, electrical controls, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
