Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate A&A and redevelopment projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and timeline.
- Review and manage architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to align project deliverables and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards and safety protocols.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Generate and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with Indonesian building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, optimizing cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on A&A, redevelopment, or commercial construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
