Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex projects, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with architectural, mechanical, and civil plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and system modeling to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices to maintain consistency across projects.
- Oversee project lifecycles from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical systems in tropical climates.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., smart grids, renewable energy integration) and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical design, with a portfolio of completed high-value projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux and other industry-standard design tools.
- Deep knowledge of local and international electrical codes (e.g., SNI, IEC 60364, NFPA 70).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
