Join People Profilers as a Field Service Engineer for a 12-month contract in the vibrant Badung region of Bali, covering areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. In this dynamic role, you will provide on-site technical support, ensuring the seamless installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency for our clients across various industries, including oil & gas, power generation, and manufacturing.

Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of Bently Nevada monitoring systems and related equipment.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in machinery protection systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and client representatives, to ensure project success.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and client personnel on system operation and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing field service activities.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of industrial monitoring systems (preferably Bently Nevada).
- Strong technical knowledge of vibration analysis, machinery diagnostics, and condition monitoring principles.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and test equipment for system calibration and validation.
- Willingness to travel within the Badung region and occasionally to other locations as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
