Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, laundry equipment, and industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct on-site repairs and installations of commercial and industrial equipment with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules and emergency repairs.
- Document all service activities, including work orders, technical reports, and parts usage, for accurate record-keeping.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians and client staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications in all service activities.
- Source and recommend replacement parts and upgrades to enhance equipment efficiency and longevity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing boiler systems, laundry equipment, or industrial machinery.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulic systems, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites across Bali.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
