Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission gas detection systems in compliance with industry safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and functional testing of gas detectors to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning gas detection equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Conduct on-site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential gas hazards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records, including calibration logs and maintenance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized safety solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gas detection technology and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gas detection systems, industrial safety, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of gas detection principles, sensor technologies, and calibration procedures.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or local safety regulations).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a proactive approach to safety.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within Badung and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
