Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of engineering systems and equipment at client sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to deliver high-quality service.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Services Technician, Field Technician, or similar role in engineering services.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems (depending on specialization).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software relevant to the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali and work flexible hours as required.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in a technical field is a plus.
