Responsibility
- Assist in the routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of green technology equipment, including lab tools, renewable energy devices, and sustainability-focused machinery.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to identify equipment inefficiencies and propose creative, sustainable solutions for improvement.
- Document maintenance procedures, equipment performance data, and repair logs to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- Support the setup and calibration of equipment for experiments, fieldwork, and sustainability projects across Bali.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate new ways to enhance equipment durability, efficiency, and eco-friendliness.
- Assist in training team members and local partners on proper equipment usage and basic maintenance techniques.
- Conduct research on emerging green technologies and maintenance best practices to inform team strategies.
- Contribute to the development of user manuals, maintenance guides, and creative content related to equipment usage and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or hands-on technical work (e.g., lab equipment, renewable energy systems, or industrial machinery).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to technical challenges and sustainability solutions.
- Familiarity with tools, measurement instruments, and basic repair techniques is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability, green technology, and environmental innovation.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as needed.
