Responsibility
- Execute routine preventive maintenance and calibration on semiconductor front-end manufacturing tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation of all repair and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the production department to identify equipment bottlenecks and optimize performance.
- Adhere strictly to Cleanroom protocols and workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide reports to the senior engineering management.
Qualifications
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor sector.
- Hands-on experience with front-end tools or similar high-precision equipment.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment and follow rigorous standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or provide on-call support if required.
