Responsibility
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Generate accurate and timely reports to track service performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations coordination.
