Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with high accuracy.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and basic financial administrative duties.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate inter-team collaboration and information sharing.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus.
