Responsibility

  • Coordinate and dispatch service requests to field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, schedules, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking spare parts, tools, and equipment required for service operations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational workflows.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide informed support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support roles, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or service management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site setup in Bali, Indonesia.
