Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring all systems and facilities are functioning optimally.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations, working with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and requests promptly to maintain a positive living or working environment.
- Monitor and control building expenses, including utilities, maintenance costs, and supplier contracts.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of building operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building administration, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, contractors, and team members.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Certification in facility management or related fields is a plus.
