Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff and departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents to support business operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
