Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth communication and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the operations team in planning and executing projects, meetings, and events, including logistics and follow-ups.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Handle basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget support under supervision.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
