Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth communication and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the operations team in planning and executing projects, meetings, and events, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Handle basic financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget support under supervision.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic financial processes (e.g., expense reports, invoicing) is advantageous.
