Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational processes, including inventory management, logistics, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to critical documents and records.
  • Support cross-functional teams by preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and team members, to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Monitor and track operational expenses, invoices, and budgets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in the food, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
