Responsibility
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support facilities management by liaising with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Help organize and maintain office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Monitor and report on office expenses, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve office workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of facilities management or office operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliâs business environment or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
