Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize daily administrative and operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve inter-departmental communication.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
- Prepare and present operational reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards in all operational activities.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar executive role.
- Proven track record in process optimization, workflow management, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
