As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage daily sales administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and reporting.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, providing professional and responsive customer service.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and client visits, including logistics and follow-ups.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or delays.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from clients, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team while also managing independent tasks efficiently.
