As an Affiliate Operations Agent, you will play a key role in managing affiliate partnerships, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth operations. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for organization, this role is perfect for you!
We offer a competitive salary of RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month and the chance to grow within a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibility
- Monitor and manage affiliate partnerships to ensure compliance and performance.
- Track and report on affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with affiliates to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate activities and payments.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new affiliates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement affiliate strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on affiliate program status.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of affiliate commissions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools.
