Responsibility
- Manage and maintain office administrative systems, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and factory-related activities.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory, placing orders as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local labor laws in all administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR administrative tasks, payroll coordination, or event planning is an advantage.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a growing and dynamic environment.
