Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting materials, and assist with event logistics as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with basic HR duties, including maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks to contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT skills.
