Responsibility
- Manage all household operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Coordinate domestic staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Oversee matters related to children, including school coordination, extracurricular activities, and logistical support.
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Director and family with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with external partners, service providers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
- Maintain confidential records, manage correspondence, and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues to minimize disruptions to the Director’s schedule.
- Ensure all personal and professional commitments are met with the highest level of organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a diplomatic and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Experience managing household staff, budgets, and logistics for high-net-worth individuals or families.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside standard business hours when necessary.
