Responsibility
- Execute administrative tasks efficiently to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate activities between teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, reports, and communications.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Manage correspondence, filings, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for assigned projects.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and team leads as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical administration is a plus.
