Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as office supplies management, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
