Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle general administrative duties such as office supplies management, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
