Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of service technicians and engineers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery for Rolls-Royce products.
- Oversee daily service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and customer support, to meet performance targets and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and customer service, to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Develop and implement service strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and conduct regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Rolls-Royceâs safety, quality, and environmental standards in all service operations.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze service data and KPIs to identify trends, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations, maintenance, or technical support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical background in aerospace, automotive, or industrial engineering, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with service management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
